Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: male or female patients older than 35 years old. Exclusion criteria: cardiogenic shock; CHF; ACS; acute MI; COPD; ESRD under dialysis; O2 SAT < %90; need for emergency CABG.
