Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: mothers with a diagnosis of chronic diseases (asthma,nephrotic syndrome, diabetes) in children at least 72-48 hours; the mother would like to participate in the study of physical and mental health of the mother; not drug addiction or materials having other children with chronic diseases and absence of previous hospitalization for children in hospital; mothers are literate or educated at least someone in the family;mothers who score higher stress than normal; Exclusion criteria: a stressful event for mothers during the study (according to the mother, such as death of a spouse, death of a child, divorce, accident, etc.);worsening child disease during the study( hospitalization in ICU);unwillingness Mother to continue to participate in training program
