Intervention 1: In intervention group 10 mg IV metoclopramide will be administered. Intervention 2: In control group 10 mg IV acetaminophen will be infused in 10 minute.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all 15 -75 years patients with migrane, tension and cluster headache will be enrolled in this study. exclusion criteria: allrgy to acetaminophen and metoclopramide
