Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Insensitivity to anesthesia drug patients without systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular, renal disease, liver disease and osteoporosis People who need implant surgery in the posterior mandibular region bilaterally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All cases that are contraindicated for implant placement (heavy smoker, pregnancy, untreated periodontal disease). Patients who are not mentally balanced. People with numbness in lower lip

Measure	Time frame
The amount of anesthesia. Timepoint: 5 minutes after injection. Method of measurement: anesthesia of soft tissue will be tested with explorer and the anesthesia of beside teeth with pulp test, during and at the end of surgery level of pain will be measured with VAS.	—
