Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : At least six months experience in the intensive care unit ; Bachelor or Master Degree in Nursing ; Absence of acute stress problem in the last six months ; Non-use of drugs associated with psychotic disorders in the past six months . exclusion criteria : Leave work to other parts of the intensive care unit ; The problem of acute stress (death of a spouse, father .....) during the study .
