Intervention 1: Extract of tanacetum & lavander wiht shape of drop with cosentration1.8 & 0.6 percentage 10 drops a day in treatment group. Intervention 2: Placebo 10 drops a day in cotrol group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion were a long-term history of migraine attacks diagnosed according to International Headache Society (IHS) criteria for migraine with/without aura . The patients with 2-8 attacks per month for at least one year were included in this study. The patients age is between 15 to 50 years old. Criteria for exclusion were other types of headache, pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe heart, renal, liver dysfunction, use of other medicinal herbs and loss of using the drug for more than 3 days.
