18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women aged 18-50 years who have chronic functional constipation according to the Rome III criteria. People who are not receiving other treatments to improve their chronic functional constipation. If the person has a history of receiving other treatments to improve chronic functional constipation, at least one month has passed since the last session.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of organic disease that leads to constipation. Neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, spinal cord injury Diabetic neuropathies Congenital abnormalities of the anorectal area Anatomical disorders such as rectal prolapse, rectocele, and cystocele that require surgery as determined by a specialist physician History of colorectal malignancies and positive family history The consumption of groups of medications that lead to constipation (including antidepressants, antihistamines, and anticonvulsants) History of surgery in the anal rectal area Pregnancy or the intention to become pregnant Significant weight loss in the last 3 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of constipation symptoms. Timepoint: The measurement will be performed in three stages: before the start of treatment, immediately after the end of treatment, and one month after the last treatment session. Method of measurement: Comprehensive constipation questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of Life. Timepoint: The measurement will be conducted at three stages: before the start of treatment, immediately after the end of treatment, and one month after the last treatment session. Method of measurement: Quality of life questionnaire for patients with constipation.
