Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men who have undergone open radical prostatectomy via the retropubic approach Men who experience urinary incontinence symptoms one week after catheter removal Men who have not previously undergone urological or pelvic organ-related surgeries Men who did not have severe urinary incontinence before surgery Men who have more than one gram of urine leakage in the one-hour pad test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with peripheral or central neurological diseases and gait impairments Individuals with cognitive impairments and men who, for any reason, are unable to cooperate with the physiotherapist Patients with metastatic lesions Patients who have had surgery more than one year ago Patients with a body mass index (BMI) higher than 35 kg/m²
