Intervention 1: First group: Spironolactone 25 mg daily for 3 month. Intervention 2: Second group: Hydrochlorthiazide 25 mg daily for 3 month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: blood pressure>130/80 under treatment with ACEIs; proteinuria>150 mg/24hr Exclusion criteria: serum potasium>5 meq/L; GFR<30 ml/min; proteinuria due to other conditions such as UTI or CHF
