Intervention 1: patients in case group ,will receive Naltroxan 50 mg in capsule form per night. Intervention 2: in an other group Metformin 500 mg three thimes per day for at least six weeks before i

patients in case group ,will receive Naltroxan 50 mg in capsule form per night
in an other group Metformin 500 mg three thimes per day for at least six weeks before iui ,will be prescribed for patients.
No drug will be prescribed for control group unith definitive result of pregnancy

Inclusion criteria: stiExclusion criteria: 1-PCO diagnosed patients according to Roterdam criteria ? 2- Insulin Resistancy as HOMA index ? 3-BMI = 25-30 kg/m2? 4- age 1

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The number & size of ovarian follicles after ovarian stimulation &out come of IUI. Timepoint: on th 11th day of menstrual cycle &14 day after IUI. Method of measurement: evaluation the number &size of follides on 11 th day of menstrual cycle & check of blood HCG for detection of pregnancy after 14 day from IUI.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Chemical &clinical pregnancy &miscariage. Timepoint: 5-6 weeks after IUI. Method of measurement: Serum BHCG and transvaginal sonography.
