Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: willingness to participate in the study, patients who live with their families; patients with ejection fraction lower than 50% Higher than 10%. Higher in patients with Class II heart failure of New York Heart Association classification. Patient and carers are not educated in the field of medical science.Exclusion criteria: a sudden stressful event for the patient and caregiver in each stage of the research, and psychiatric diseases, other chronic diseases in patient and their carers, the patient re-hospitalization due to heart failure
