Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- Have a minimum of one year experience in hospital. 2- At least 3 months working experience in their current place of employment. 3- Not the death of someone close, divorce, serious accident or serious illness in the past 6 months. 4- Nurses are not pregnant and do not have labor in the past 6 months. 5- No history of consumption of psychiatric drugs. 6- Not having a serious physical illness. 7- Not with hypertension. 8- Not having allergies to medications or certain food. 9- having depression score 10-63. Exclusion criterion: people who are enable to collaboration with researchers for any reason
