Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: women in the first trimester, their consent to participate in the study, having studied at the center of health records, no history of urinary tract infection. Exclusion criteria: emigration, abortion, lack of satisfactory participation in the study and the continuing absence of pregnant women in training sessions (absence of more than one session).
