Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
In this split mouth study pain for each side of different treatment will be measured. Timepoint: Time intervals to measure pain are: immediately after treatment, 1 day, 3 days and a week after treatment. Method of measurement: In order to measure the pain in this split mouthed study we will use VAS ( Visual Analogue Scale). This scale has 10 score and patients will score the pain they have suffered each side.;Wound Healing in each side will be measured. Timepoint: 1 day, 3 day, 1 week and 1 month after intervention. Method of measurement: photographs will be taken after 1 day, 3 day, 1 week and 1 month after intervention and will be scored for healing process by a periodontist who is blinded about the study structure. Scores are as above: 0= tissue lesion or necrosis, 1= wound existence, 2= partial epithelialization, 3= complete epithelialization.;Repigmentation. Each side will be assed for repegmenation. Timepoint: Befor intevention, after a month and after 6 month. Method of measurement: There are two scores for asssing pigmenations.Dummet and Hedin are specific index to score gingival pigmenations.
