patients in control group receiving or oral Inderal 1 Mg/kg daily for six months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age range 1-18 years; vomiting with cyclic recurrence; fulfilling ROME III criteria for cyclic vomiting; no other disease be responsible for cyclic vomiting Excision criteria: age out of range between 1-18 years; emerge of organic disease for vomiting; no fulfilling ROME III criteria for cyclic vomiting; any history of allergic reaction to counted drugs
