Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: gestational age less than 37 weeks? Early diagnosis of respiratory distress syndrome? Dependent of oxygen? chronologic age of less than 7 days? no respiratory disorder due to congenital heart disease? no active bleeding? no neuromuscular disease and arterial hypertension Exclusion Criteria: temperature instability? Receiving blood and blood products? the need for re intubation? Pneumothorax and need for Chest Tube placement

Oxygenation. Timepoint: Every 15 minute. Method of measurement: Pulse Oxymetery.
