Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: patient with recognized IBS with Rome III criteria, age 15-45 years old, Exclusion:Refusal or failure to cooperate in treatment, cirrhosis, Sensitivity to plantago, heart failure, Chronic renal failure,Bowel Cancer, pregnancy,psychosis
