Diagnosis
Intervention group(1): Drinking 200 cc of pomegranate juice, 10-15 min after radiopharmaceutical administration.
Intervention group(2):Drinking 200 cc of lemon juice, 10-15 min after radiopharmaceutical administration.
Intervention group(3):Drinking 200 cc of Secanjabin, 10-15 min after radiopharmaceutical administration.
Control group: using 100 gr of fatty food , 10-15 min after radiopharmaceutical administration.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients who refer by cardiologists to Namazi nuclear medicine center for performing perfusion scan with possibility of existence of ischemic heart diseases.; Patients who have signed the entrance form of the study. Exclusion criteria: Having approved liver diseases which can affect the study results.

Amount of clearing the intrusive activity of the liver. Timepoint: 30 and 50 minutes after administering radioactive substance. Method of measurement: Measuring Heart/Liver ratio.
