Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1-Consent of the students to participating in the training. 2-Ranging in age from nineteen to thirty years old. 3-No history of psychiatric illness or mobility problems. Exclusion criteria: 1-Participants` dissatisfaction to continue the study, 2-Being absent in training sessions over three sessions.
