Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The two groups during the study period are Shiraz; Pregnant women in their last trimester of pregnancy; Have at least read and write; None of the mothers have not participated in training classes; Pregnant women should be primigravida. Exclusion criteria: The mother's mental or physical illness; Moved from Shiraz Unwillingness to continue participating in the study.
