Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclution criteria: patients aged 40 to 80 years, ejection fraction was more than 30%. exclution criteria: arrythmias,hypoxia, hypotension,patients schizophrenia and psychotic with long-acting sedative, Severe osteoporosis.
