Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: being employed in neonatal units; have undergraduate degree; passed resuscitation courses; have three years of experience; participation in training sessions; having consent to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: not participate in training sessions; the reluctance to do study; lower score of 10 on the written test.
