Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: By selection four intensive care units at random chance will be divided in two groups. A general intensive care unit from valiasr hospital and a pediatric intensive care unit from Children's Hospital Medical Center (interventional group) and a general intensive care unit and a neonatal intensive care unit from the Prophet the hospital (control group) will be selected.

Method of measurement: The noise measurement using the sound meter Tes 1358 made in Taiwan by TES Company.
