Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 3 to 6 years old; no previous hospitalizations and no previous venipuncture; the accompaniment of a parent during hospitalization; mental health and consciousness to a degree that prevents not research; lack drugs reduce anxiety; no history of chronic disease. Exclusion criteria: ill children during the course of the disease; drug use and reduce anxiety; previous experience in hospital.
