Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: BMI=35kg/m2 with underlying disease or BMI=40kg/m2; Candidates of laparoscopic gastric bypass; Age>18; ASA class II-I Exclusion criteria: ASA over class III; any underlying disease, including pulmonary-heart diseases, dizziness, recurrent headaches; drug or alcohol abuse; use of analgesic daily or 48 hours before surgery; Renal failure; hepatic dysfunction

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Immediately after surgery, 1 hour after surgery, 2 hour after surgery, 4 hour after surgery, 6 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: visual analog scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Dizziness. Timepoint: Immediately after surgery, 1 hour after surgery, 2 hour after surgery, 4 hour after surgery, 6 hour after surgery. Method of measurement: physical Examination.
