Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria for patients: Persian language proficiency, age over 18 years; ccu hospitalized for at least 48 hours, a written consent to participate in research, consciousness, GCS = 15 and was able to answer questions, not the hospital staff, lack nurses Meet the intervention group. Inclusion criteria for nurses, nursing bachelor's degree or higher, employment in the CCU at least 2 years work experience, participation in the briefing, written consent to participate in research. Exclusion criteria: patient or nurse of the desired transfer to another department, nurse, or sick leave during the hospital stay, the patient or nurse's unwillingness to participate in the research
