Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Being Iranian having prior experience in caring for trauma patients Having at least a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in similar educational programs within the past 6 months.

MeasureTime frame
Nurse’s Knowledge. Timepoint: Before and After. Method of measurement: Knowledge Questionnaire: This questionnaire will be developed by the researcher and will be designed based on the latest materials and available resources in the field of end-of-life nursing care for patients with traumatic brain injury. The questionnaire consists of multiple-choice questions. Correct answers will receive a score of one, and incorrect answers will receive a score of zero. The total score will be calculated by summing the individual scores. This questionnaire will be completed before and after the intervention.
