Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All students in the School of Nursing and Midwifery doctor Shahid Beheshti University of Rasht Exclusion Criteria: Students who have a history of heart disease, kidney disease, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, neurological disease, history of drug use, pregnant women and people over 30 years old and have less than 20 years of age.
