Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (a) patients with severe traumatic splenic defect; (b) being candidate for splenectomy. Exclusion criteria: (a) non-traumatic splenic defect; (b) no indication for splenectomy.

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of functional points of the pieces of implemented spleen. Timepoint: 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: using radioactive labeled RBC scan.

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of Howel Joly Body. Timepoint: before and 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: taking blood sample.;Measurement of placket. Timepoint: before and 3 and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: taking blood sample.;Measurement of hemoglobin. Timepoint: before and 3 and 6 months after surgery.
