Intervention 1: Cap celecoxib 200 mg/day as intervention group for 6 weeks. Intervention 2: Cap. Diclofenac as control group for 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1-Diagnosis of breast cancer from more than 100 days ago, 2-receiving chemotherapy, 3-score lower than 20 in Hamilton Rating Scale for depression 4-Mild to moderate major depressive disorder based on DSM-V 5- age between 18 to 60 years old, 6-copmplain of pain Exclusion criteria: 1-receiving antidepressants during the last month, 2-receiving ECT during the last two months, 3-history of cardiovascular disease, 4-pregnant and nursing women, 5-Thyroid disease, 6-Psychotic disorder, 7-other psychiatric disorders

MeasureTime frame
Severity of depression. Timepoint: Baseline and weeks 1-3-6 after beginig of treatment. Method of measurement: by Hamiltion Depression Rating Scale 17-Item.
