Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Defecation frequency of less than 3 times per week Age of 4 years or older Abnormal stool form Confirmed constipation according to the Rome IV criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neuropathic bowel dysfunction ; Inflammatory disease Metabolic disease
