In this step volunteers do oral glucose tolerance test according to American Diabetes Association's(ADA) instruction.
Intervention group:
In this step volunteers take 30g cellobiose during oral glucose tolerance test in addition to glucose administration, simultaneously.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients in pre-diabetes stage or impaired glucose tolerance via convenience method are included. Exclusion Criteria : Age >60 or age <18 ; Overt diabetes (type 1/ type 2) ; Consumption of any anti diabetic drug ; Poor cooperation ; Malignancy ; Pregnancy and lactation ; Chronic liver diseases.
