Nonorganic insomnia. maternal disorders predominantly related to pregnancy

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 72 subjects with sleep disorder will be assigned into 2 groups . 36 patients will be treated by exercise and sleep hygiene. Also request to fill in a questionnaire

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with aged between 20-45 years Gestational aged between 23-26 weeks with Pittsburgh sleep quality index score more than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient must not have been taking hypnotic drug Interventions and outcomes high risk pregnancy (Multiple pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, preeclampsia, .....) Patients who don't have contraindication of doing exercise during pregnancy
