Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute Musculoskeletal Trauma severity of pain > 5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: allergy to ketamine or morphine loss of consciousness Pregnancy or breastfeeding uncontrolled hypertension, unstable ischemic heart disease, heart failure, renal failure (Cr >1.5), liver cirrhosis History of psychosis or current use of antipsychotic medications Use of narcotics, sedatives, or muscle relaxants in the past 24 hours Facial or nasal injury that prevents nasal administration
