Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: totally bone-impacted mandibular third molar with mesioangular or vertical classi?cation and requiring ostectomy and odontotomy; age25 years; Systemic disease; Surgery within the last 6 months; smoker; Second molars of carious
