Inclusion criteria: Candidate for mitral valve replacement Age over 20 years Informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of heart failure History of myocardial infarction Simultaneous operation of 2 or 3 valves Mitral valve reoperation Patients with EF <40%
