Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: informed consent? proximal phalanx extra-articular fracture, except thumb Exclusion Criteria: Multiple fingers fractures? pathological fractures?3 pregnancy? Any underlying disease affecting bone healing
