Inclusion criteria: TIMI FLOW equals zero Acute Ant MI patient admitted to civil hospital emergency room under 12 hours Ages over 16 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with coronary bypass candidiasis Patients resuscitated with cardiogenic shock
