18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: maximum age 65 and minimum age18 years old; two months records for hemodialysis, 2-3 twice a week; consciousness; hearing ability and speech acceptable for learning relaxation; not mental illness such as severe anxiety and depression; not using anti-nausea drugs; no history of neuromuscular diseases; have active file in any hemodialysis centers Gonabad or Zahedan Exclusion criteria: conditions happen for patient that impassible continue interventions such as expiring and traveling; not wanting to continue working; not attend in training classes.
