Intervention 1: In case group: those eligible for the study taking 30 tablets of vitamin D supplement(1,000 IU )after getting a blood test(by fasting) for using daily and Asked them to come back for
Treatment - Drugs
In case group: those eligible for the study taking 30 tablets of vitamin D supplement(1,000 IU )after getting a blood test(by fasting) for using daily and Asked them to come back for repeat the test
In control group: those eligible for the study taking 30 tablets of placebo after getting a blood test(by fasting) for using daily and Asked them to come back for repeat the test one month later.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: children between 10 to 14 yaers old ;study in birjand school Exclusion criteria: having any disease ; taking any drugs or supplement .
