Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All patients undergone elective nasal surgery (cytoplasty and rhinoplasty) ; ASA class 1, 2 and 3 ; Mallampati class 1 and 2 ; aged 18 to 70 years old. Exclusion criteria: Difficult airway : Mallampati grade higher than 2 ; Difficult laryngoscopy lasted more than 15 seconds ; Undergone laryngoscopy more than once
