Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria; satisfaction and willingness to cooperate in the investigation, Nurses with bachelors or master's degree in nursing, working in NICU, infants less than 37 weeks of gestational age admitted to the NICU, infants without congenital anomalies or syndromes, infants who are not involved with the long-term effects of the disease, infant's weight less than 2500 g, parents of infants has above standards. Exclusion criteria: nurses who disagree with continuing the cooperation, nurses who do not participate in orientation programs and patients with critical situation during their treatments like emergency code
