Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria; Lower limb orthopedic surgery; plan: epidural anesthesia; Age 18-65; Exclusion criteria; Patient dissatisfaction; History of musculo-skeletal disease; History of chronic back pain; History of psychiatric problems which might interfere with pain assessment; History of chronic use of pain killer drugs (steroids, NSAIDS); Addiction to opioid and psychoactive drugs
