Intervention 1: for control group3 ml bupivacain 0.5 % with 1 ml saline. Intervention 2: for intervention group 3 ml bupivacain 0.5% with 1 ml Magnesium Sulphate (50 mg).

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Candidate for lower limb orthopedic surgery, aged 15 to 80 years Exclusion criteria: Patients with impaired consciousness, lack of patient cooperation
