Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age between 45-18 years old; being literate; having anxiety (score 8 and up) and depression (score above 10) and stress (5 and up); gestational age 32 - 24 weeks. Exclusion criteria: history of training, stress management or relaxation; absence more than 2 Session; need to dramatically change the dose of insulin administered during the study; acute or chronic medical condition or making it difficult for blood long sessions to create intolerance; having diabetes before pregnancy; exposure to major stresses (near death, divorce).
