Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Natural vaginal delivery; pregnancy with vertex presentation ; Term pregnancy (37-42 weeks); Singelton pregnancy; Absence placental disorders and neonatal congenital anomaly in perinatal ultrasound examination; The absence of medical and obstetric conditions in the mother. Exclusion criteria: previous history of curtage; Instrumental delivery(Vacum ,Forceps); Maternal coagulation disorder.
