Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The patient should not have cancer, no consumption drugs that lead to excessive production of nitric oxide, Immunosuppressive drugs, not to smoke cigarette, and without any chronic conditions such as diabetes, severe vascular disease, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, kidney failure that might affect the wound healing process. Exclusion criteria: death of the patient during the study, unwillingness to continue cooperation.
