Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Not participating in regular physical activity during the last 6 months, complete cessation of the menstrual cycle more than a year and hypertension . Exclusion Criteria: Use of anti-hypertensive drugs and hormonal therapy, cardiovascular disease.
