Interventions

Injection of platelets rich plasma, 1 cc in upper face, 1 cc in cheeks and 1 cc in lower zone of face,repeat of injection after 3 month.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All volunteer individuals for wrinkle rejuvenating with scale II and III of Glogour; the patients did not use any local and systemic skin rejuvenation therapies six months before. Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and breast feeding,Skin cancer; cancer of any part of the body and chemotherapy; Steroid therapyr; skin diseases with face involvement like porphyriar; patients with coagulation disorders; people who are taking aspirin with any other anticoagulant medicines; dialysis patients and patients with thrombocytopenia; smokers; alcoholics; malnourished individuals; people with the genetic skin problems; Advanced lesions due to sun exposure; advanced hyperpigmentation; capillary lesions on the nose and cheeks; patients who used vitamin A derivative; patients who don’t refer on follow up periods

Wrinkle improvement. Timepoint: Two times, every three month. Method of measurement: Observing the digital photography and evaluation of self patients.
