Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years old All patients candidate for CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of epilepsy History of alcohol drinking & Psychoactive substances Inability to show pain behaviors because of receiving Muscle Relaxants. Major airway problems pulmonary malignancies cognitive disorders (dementia)
